At the age of 40, Jochen Klitz fulfilled his lifelong dream and opened his own company for caretaker and administration services. Together with a team of six employees, he takes care of a number of well-known properties in Cologne and the surrounding area.

Heinz Kellert worked as a craftsman for various companies for several years before he finally found a long-term home in the Klitz company. He takes care of basic repair and maintenance tasks for the managed properties.
